IDENTIFICATION AND BARCODING SOLUTIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL HIGH TEMPERATURE PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Ensure 100% reliable tracking from the manufacturing caster to the end customer. Product tracking and identification have become critically important to prevent costly errors stemming from misidentified materials and inaccurately shipped products. Quality control relies on precise product identification and verification procedures, which must be maintained even during high-temperature and harsh environmental processes. Metal identification tags and labels offer a solution for product traceability and identification at temperatures up to 1000°C. By applying bar/QR code metal tags and labels immediately after casting, you can ensure complete control over inventory and dispatch processes. Laser-printed steel tags demonstrate resilience in harsh processes, particularly in industries such as metals, automotive, and oil & gas. Bar/QR code metal tags serve as a durable alternative to traditional paper and plastic labels.

SLAB & PLATE IDENTIFICATION AND TRACEABILITY MANAGEMENT

Contactless identification solution for every challenge
Labels are at home wherever things are automatically recognized, registered, stored and monitored.
They provide convincing arguments for RFID in a wide variety of industries and applications  because they are

Systemic process

The technology  consists of four components:

High Temperature Labels

Due to the extreme temperature resistance of our high-temperature labels, they are ideally suited for RFID-based process optimization in industry.

In order to withstand high temperatures, appropriate materials and designs are required that permanently protect the sensitive data carrier of the RFID system.

We use special materials for carrier and adhesive in combination with special and especially heat-resistant high-frequency transponders.

All information is retained in full quality during the entire manufacturing process, even under the most difficult conditions and temperatures. During the cooling process, the transponder is exposed to a temperature of well over 350 °C.

The transponder also withstands the processes and the demanding steel industry without exception, saves and transmits wear-free and reliably, thus retaining its shape, color and functionality as well as the imprint at high temperatures. We adapt our labels individually to the most diverse process requirements along your personal value chain

3D Laser Marking with Autofocus

3D Vision laser marking systems use an integrated auto-focusing system that automatically adjusts the marking job to the position and geometry of the part. Once the part surface is scanned, the data can also be used for quality control analysis. An integrated camera can be used for automatic bar code scanning and validation.

In addition to marking, the system also offers these capabilities:

Laser Marking Systems

A wide variety of laser marking systems for the automotive, aerospace, steel ,oil and gas and other manufacturing industries can be offered. Our range of solutions allow us to meet our customers’ needs for engraving, etching and annealing on nearly any product surface for permanent part identification. We have solutions to for a laser to integrate into your production line or use as a stand-alone part marking workstation.

Different lasers can be used for marking different materials. Range of powerful and versatile lasers feature for fast, high-resolution marking of text, QR codes, and logos. Mark metal and plastic items in just seconds.

The middleware (software, hardware and readers)

You need a software so that your receiving device can read and write to the transponder. This determines individually which data is processed.
It processes any changes to the data formats that may arise and also carries out a new sorting.
The receiving devices are connected to a PC, a controller  or  a smart phone depending on how precisely  you want to map a process chain
